  2. This was the very same technology used by world famous German Architect Helmut Jann when he designed and built the State of Illinois Building in Chicago. Literally fans blowing over ice. The first summer was a disaster for the buildings occupants. It was soon redesigned.

    1. Hahaha. I remember the early days of that monstrosity—er, I mean, municipal building. What a nightmare. The only reasons to put up with it were to get your license renewed or shop at that supercute, “Made in Illinois” gift shop.
